Or first stop was the Advanced Auto store across the street from them, but the staff informed us that they didn't have a diagnostic machine so wouldn't be able to help us.So I immediately thought to myself why not try this O'Reilly store, and we discovered that we were blessed with excellent customer service from Tom. He was very knowledgeable about vehicles and was able to give excellent advice after completing a free diagnostic check of our vehicle. Long story short...once I purchased a few auto parts I was able to fix the check engine light and we were back on the road again.Their facility has a big private parking lot which made it convenient during our visit. Their prices are very affordable and reasonably priced compared to their competitors. But hands down....Tom's customer service was very exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist us once he discovered we were just traveling through the area.Because of Tom's excellent customer service on this occasion...our family will now be a loyal and lifetime O'Reilly Auto Parts member. I'd highly recommend this store location for your auto parts or necessities!!!”

“I know its "self service" but what happened to customer service. I was there with 3 employees and no other customers. I was looking for some care detailing products and had a question. No one asked if they could help, nor welcomed me to the store. Good store. Good prices. Employees need to get some customer service skills. Go where they appreciate your business.”
