“We didn't get to go to the visitors center since we went on a Monday. Thankfully restrooms were open, and clean! Walking trail was great! Paved, but a lot of up and down hills. Great informative markers along the way. There is also a phone audio tour, but I didn't listen to that. We had a 8 and 11 year old with us and the trail kept them entertained.
Personal opinion--to me it would be nice if they cleared the underbrush and tried to make it look a little like it did back in the 1780s.”
