“Yesterday we waited 45 min to rent a truck and ran out of time because I had to pick up kids at a set time, so we went back and tried again today…this time I sent my husband in…and it took us over an hour to get the truck. I would be very annoyed by this, but they ended up not charging us for the rental because of the issues. While I still would have rather paid and saved the time we spent, at least they made it right. We understand that sometimes things happen.”
“Wow, wonderful customer service from Ferguson’s! I’d lived here many yrs., and my contractor recommended them to me for shower/bath tub components. They appear to be the only store that carries “Sterling” brand. Manuel was extremely helpful in ordering compatible parts, which arrived in 2 days. The shower head was not part of their kit, unbeknownst to us. Caitlyn stepped in and offered to find one in stock, and it was closing time. She found a beautiful rain shower head, and wouldn’t accept $$$ for it, kindly including w/ our purchase. Highly recommend Ferguson’s, where most contractors shop- excellent prices, too! “Just had the flooring department install another floor and they were amazing. Jose Rosario and his sons Josh and Abios are the installers for the Bluffton Home Depot and they have installed the floors in the last 4 or 5 homes that we flipped and they are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, hard working and their attention to detail is excellent. I highly recommend Home Depot flooring installations because of Home Depot's pricing, the way they stand behind their products, and the fact that Jose and sons are expert installers.”
