AutoZone on Fording Island Road in Bluffton provides great service and is a neat, clean store where customers can get in and out quickly. The staff is super kind, understanding, and very helpful, offering excellent customer service. Employees have a good mix of knowledge and tenure, with newer team members being mentored. They are known for figuring out problems, installing parts like batteries, and providing assistance with no additional cost, making it a great shop for everyone, even those not very good with cars. It is a good place to find needed auto parts and accessories.

Took a dead battery in, 1 month past a 3 year warranty , without asking the very nice employee offered up a new battery without charge since it was so close to warranty expiring, what a nice gesture, It will be AutoZone for all my needs from now on.

The store manager here, originally from mooresville nc walked in as I was having trouble finding some T6 oil. He helped me immediately, saved me $30 by matching the online price and chatted with me about my 2012 mustang BOSS. Highly recommend this location!!!
