“I am truly beyond impressed with the leadership of this company. I had an unfortunate experience at this location and initially tried to resolve it through the site manager and regional manager, but it wasn’t handled at that time. I then decided to reach out to the CEO via email.
I received an incredibly quick response from the CEO, Pete Nani, and was later contacted by Fred Brewster, the Director of Asset Protection. Both of them showed me nothing but respect throughout the process. They took the situation seriously, conducted a thorough investigation, and ensured everything was handled with integrity and professionalism.
Because of the way these two leaders addressed the issue, I will remain a loyal customer of Zips Car Wash despite the original incident. Their commitment to doing the right thing truly stands out.”
“I always use Sportwash to wash my work van and my truck. It's always clean and in good condition. I had an issue when I put the coins in the sprayer today and it wouldn't start. I called them, gave them a little information and they are sending a refund for the money I put in the machine.”

“I wanted to share my Zips Car Wash experience that I had yesterday on Buckwalter in Bluffton. As I have a monthly membership, I have visited all the Bluffton locations and unfortunately too often the staff that rinses my car seems to barely spray the drivers side down at best, which I cannot understand.
However yesterday at the Buckwalter location I was so pleased to see the young man around 9:30am work so hard on each car including mine . I had to tell him and the manger how much I appreciated that. I do feel this should be the norm but know I will visit this location again and hope to see the same amazing work ethics!! Well done guys!”
