“Unheard of customer service these days, Savannah Kleen always gets me in for a tanker wash in a timely manner. Today was no exception, however today I came in with a back that was really hurting, I called ahead and talk to I think her name was Nikki? I asked a favor if they could unhook my trailer for me to save me from having to get out of my truck with my back hurt, she said "no problem just call when you get here and I'll come out and unhook you", this is what you call putting the customer first and I really really appreciated her help”

“Great car wash, even the economy wash looks expensive. Vacuums are powerful, towels are fresh. More than half the vacuum bays are shaded- which is a bonus as it gets warmer for both vehicle and driver. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.”

“I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager Grace at this particular location. They were selling service branch plaques on a front door rack and I could not find an Air Force one. My son is at Ramstein Air Base in Germany.She told me she would get it from another location and she would text me when it was there and she did absolutely that. Thanks!”
