“I'd give this store 5stars if it wasn't for sorry little fat punk that works the night shift. He has a really bad attitude and absolutely no people skills. I seriously wanted to pull him over the counter and give him the beating that his parents obviously failed to give him. He is rude,disrespectful, and very unhelpful. Which is completely opposite of the rest of the crew here. As a business owner myself. I must say I would never hired somebody that is lacking in all these aspects to work in a customer service position. It makes the store look bad, and it doesn't say much for the management!”

“Unheard of customer service these days, Savannah Kleen always gets me in for a tanker wash in a timely manner. Today was no exception, however today I came in with a back that was really hurting, I called ahead and talk to I think her name was Nikki? I asked a favor if they could unhook my trailer for me to save me from having to get out of my truck with my back hurt, she said "no problem just call when you get here and I'll come out and unhook you", this is what you call putting the customer first and I really really appreciated her help”

“I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager Grace at this particular location. They were selling service branch plaques on a front door rack and I could not find an Air Force one. My son is at Ramstein Air Base in Germany.She told me she would get it from another location and she would text me when it was there and she did absolutely that. Thanks!”
“Everything works, which is amazing cuz most car washes you can't even get the vacuum cleaners to come on, if they do they have no suction power.. so yes this one gets five stars!”

“This is a good stop. Very clean. Has all the food and snacks. Hot food, sandwiches, frozen yogurt, coffees, etc. Has alcohol and basic household and car items. Has a nice seating area to eat. They even have the 3 in 1 faucets in the bathroom!But, I could have done my taxes and a load of laundry in the time it took to pump 10.242 gallons of fuel. ⛽️. At least I can order my food while I wait! … I went to the tacos shop next door, they had one person ahead of us and NOT a single other customer. We waked out because they were just chatting and were taking forever.”
