“Bob at the Zips on Fording Island Road in Bluffton always has a smile on his face. He is friendly and if you have a question or concern about your car wash he will take care of it. This Zips is the only one I go to. Everyone there is very friendly.”
“The automatic bay didn't rinse my car so I had to spend 10$ more on top of the 16$ . It still didn't clean my car. I will never come here again. 1st time I was here it didn't clean my car. The 2ND time it took my money and now the 3rd it didn't clean my car. Third time's a charm I will never come here again

“We have a membership since we are near saltwater quite often, so we wash the vehicles at least once a week. The car wash does a decent job. There are always plenty of clean towels and the vacuums are so powerful. We pay less for a monthly membership for both our vehicles than we did for one car wash at a full-service wash (where they vacuum it out and clean the windows, albeit, not well) and it was always at least an hour before it was finished. Granted, we have to do a bit of work ourselves, but doing it so often it rarely actually gets very dirty, inside or out now and we can be in and out in under 15 minutes, usually a bit less.”

“It doesn't always clean your whole car. Plus when you drive in they power wash the front, left side and back of your car, but not the right side. I don't get it.”

“If you want a clean car go to Tidal Wave. Their vacuums are strong, so removing the sand from floor boards was quick and easy. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.”
