“Bob at the Zips on Fording Island Road in Bluffton always has a smile on his face. He is friendly and if you have a question or concern about your car wash he will take care of it. This Zips is the only one I go to. Everyone there is very friendly.”

We need more Melvin’s around easy to work with very professional. He returned my ear pods to me at 6:30am the very next day. I highly recommend going to this place of business. customer service is excellent.”
“We have a membership since we are near saltwater quite often, so we wash the vehicles at least once a week. The car wash does a decent job. There are always plenty of clean towels and the vacuums are so powerful. We pay less for a monthly membership for both our vehicles than we did for one car wash at a full-service wash (where they vacuum it out and clean the windows, albeit, not well) and it was always at least an hour before it was finished. Granted, we have to do a bit of work ourselves, but doing it so often it rarely actually gets very dirty, inside or out now and we can be in and out in under 15 minutes, usually a bit less.”

“If you want a clean car go to Tidal Wave. Their vacuums are strong, so removing the sand from floor boards was quick and easy. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.”
