“I was out of town and my cooler leaked melted ice on my front passenger carpet. The very kind woman who greeted me upon driving into the car wash allowed me to use their heavy duty vacuum to remove the water from my front passenger carpet ! I was concerned that much water would make the carpet moldy before arriving home. Such a gracious gesture to allow me to use just the vacuum which I offered to pay. Their considerate gesture tells me that they are the kind of business everyone should patronize. Cheerful people who operate a business with customer care in mind ! I would recommend this business to anyone needing a car wash. Bravo and thank you to Zips Car Wash of Bluffton !”

“My wife went through the car wash and left without vacuuming the inside of her car. So I went back a couple of days later and I asked one of the female attendants if I could use the vacuum and she graciously said absolutely you can vacuum your car. I was so thankful and that was great customer service.”

“I got my car washed on Buckwalter. It's the best Zips as far as I'm concerned. Chelsea couldn't have been nicer. She actually went beyond my expectations! She offered to wash my mats for me. Which was so sweet.”
