Went to Dick’s in Bluffton today to purchase water weights. They were out of what I was looking for, but I received great help from Nat, who saw me wandering, asked if I needed help, and then ordered what I wanted. The transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Nat, for taking such good care of me.

I ordered online for pick up. A text alert informed me the shoes were ready within an hour. Walked in, tried on my swim shoes. Very efficient. Plenty of staff on hand to keep the lines short/nonexistent. Easy parking, too.
