“Being a recreational golfer I wear mostly Ecco golf shoes as they're well made. I will drop in and mosey around to see if they carry golf shoes at the outlet stores. This Ecco store happens to. We were greeted by Kim. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Sis purchased a pair of golf shoes as did my hubby. We spent over an hour in the store as hubby tried on several different shoes and settled on one pair. Kudos to Kim for making it happen.”

“Wonderful experience all around! There was a beautiful blue down winter coat that I was considering, and they held it behind the service desk for a few hours until I could make up my mind. When I returned, they extended a discount for joining their rewards program to the cost, even though I had made my initial purchase earlier in the day. Then, when I realized that the coat wasn’t going to fit with winter clothes, they happily took it back from me. Amazing customer service! ❤️”
“Always clean, well organized and items folded it's always a breeze coming in here. It's nice to see they are able to staff properly in such a trying time as well. This made all the difference when using fitting rooms or checking out at the register. My old complaint was no one on the staff acknowledged me. Yes I am quite young for their clientele but they acknowledged everyone else.”
