“Always clean, well organized and items folded it's always a breeze coming in here. It's nice to see they are able to staff properly in such a trying time as well. This made all the difference when using fitting rooms or checking out at the register. My old complaint was no one on the staff acknowledged me. Yes I am quite young for their clientele but they acknowledged everyone else.”

“Visited Johnston & Murphy, February 11, 2024, to purchase one pair of shoes. The store was pretty busy and the Manager was working alone, but provided outstanding service to everyone. I decided to purchase two pair of shoes, then the Manager informed me of a discount offer, which made perfect sense to buy a third pair. Great service explaining the discount where I walked away with three pair of shoes and a belt. Shoes are excellent as well. Long time customer and will return to this location later this year.”

“I do not normally hit the outlet stores but my wife was interested in shopping and I did not have much else to do so I stopped in. I had a good time visiting this store. It seemed to have a very good selection of products at decent prices. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”
“I am definitely more than a little out of the age range for Vans shoes, but I purchased my first pair during 2018 and they were so comfortable that I purchased seven more within a few months. Time to replenish the supply and visited the Tanger Outlet location. Best experience when comparing to CA and NJ locations, where they pretty much point you to an area to go search. Young lady and gentlemen working Sunday, February 11, 2024. They both were excellent, the young lady was the primary and she was on the spot asking questions and located the items I wanted to purchase. She did pull out one pair of checkered shoes with loud colors. I had on a pair of old black and grey checkered Vans, but informed her that I am too old to pull those colors off, so need to pass. Great experience, excellent prices and walked away happy with my four pair of shoes purchase. Not sure when, but will return at some point.”
“I was in dire need for something comfortable after standing/walking with Reebok (I also bought these here lol) and my man's Berto hooked me up with some sanuks. Not the best looking but DAWG super comfortable 9.9/10 for sure.”
“I visited Rack Room shoes by tanger outlets 2 around 5:30pm, but I didn't know what I wanted luckily a shows salesman named Brandon helped he showed me the many styles of shoes I would like and when I couldn't find my size he would look for an alternative he was very determined in helping me find a pair of shoes. “Wonderful experience all around! There was a beautiful blue down winter coat that I was considering, and they held it behind the service desk for a few hours until I could make up my mind. When I returned, they extended a discount for joining their rewards program to the cost, even though I had made my initial purchase earlier in the day. Then, when I realized that the coat wasn’t going to fit with winter clothes, they happily took it back from me. Amazing customer service! ❤️”

Despite the time, Kathy the sales rep was very pleasant in helping me find the perfect sizes without rushing (we made it out before 7- phew!).The store is neatly organized, dressing rooms are clean, sales rep is very pleasant, and store smells great. “Gigi's is and has always been a must on every trip to the island. They've got such a great selection with styles that appeal to both me and my much younger daughter. The staff, wonderful!
