“Visited Johnston & Murphy, February 11, 2024, to purchase one pair of shoes. The store was pretty busy and the Manager was working alone, but provided outstanding service to everyone. I decided to purchase two pair of shoes, then the Manager informed me of a discount offer, which made perfect sense to buy a third pair. Great service explaining the discount where I walked away with three pair of shoes and a belt. Shoes are excellent as well. Long time customer and will return to this location later this year.”

“I have been shopping in this store for a few years, I must say customer service just keeps getting better. Evelyn is always and will always be my favorite associate. As a foster mom I am hesitant to take my children many places because they are a bit unhinged at times. She makes my shopping experience so easy by helping me keep them wrangled while I shop. She also reminds me to remember myself- something as a parent I tend to forget. Her knowledge about shoes is great and she isnt afraid to say shes unsure and will find a fellow associate to assist who may be more knowledgeable.”
