“This is the best gym I have ever joined. It provides a unique workout concept with unlimited variations and challenge levels using weight machines that are preprogrammed specific to you - no setting pins, seat heights, etc. Just scan your wristband and the machine sets up to your preprogrammed specs. Doesn’t get much better than that….but yet it does…eFit also has treadmills and all the equipment you could want which is always in working order, small group classes that are fantastic, super friendly staff, trainers and members. And the place is so clean, you could almost eat off the floors.”

“I've been coming here for years. The owner is crazy-nice and is ever safety oriented. Fellow clientele mostly keeps their heads down, just doing their workouts, but I've never found anyone to be unfriendly. 24/7 access? Hell yeah! Don't pay a nameless, faceless conglomerate. Keep your dollars local!”

“My favorite gym I have ever belonged to! Cynergy is always clean and the staff make for a safe, supportive, inclusive and family-like environment. Jake, Lauren and his team always greet me when I come in, support me or spot me when I need it and help me feel encouraged to workout hard. I have accountability, friendship and support in this gym. For someone who used to hate gyms and toxic gym culture, this gym is night and day compared to other experiences I have had. If you are looking to start or continue your fitness journey in Bluffton, Cynergy is THE place to do it! Beyond grateful for this place!!!”

“I’m 30 days in and have come in consistently during that time, and in 30 days I can already tell a difference in strength and energy level. Coming off of some tough health stuff, I was worried it would be too intense for me, but all the modifications have been fine and I’ve been able to get a great workout in each time. I’ve lost a little weight in the month, but mostly have been focusing on showing up. Looking forward to being able to do all the thing’s unmodified soon!”
