“Deb Teresi greeted us as we walked in and was extreme helpful in assisting us in ordering exterior lighting fixtures. We appreciated her guidance with the type and size of the fixture that would best compliment our style of house. She even came to our house to further assure us our choice was the best. We then decided to order fixtures for the interior of our new home to complete our space. Thank you Deb”

“We had such an amazing experience at Lowe’s in Bluffton on Malphrus Road! We came in ready to tackle a mailbox replacement project with a full list of items we needed, and Chris (from the Flooring Department) truly made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He stayed with us the whole time, personally walking us through the store and helping us carefully choose every item needed to bring our project together. His level of care, attention, and willingness to go above and beyond was unmatched. We’ve shopped at this location many times, but we’ve never experienced customer service quite like this. Chris truly made this visit exceptional and is a big part of what makes this store stand out.”

“Just had the flooring department install another floor and they were amazing. Jose Rosario and his sons Josh and Abios are the installers for the Bluffton Home Depot and they have installed the floors in the last 4 or 5 homes that we flipped and they are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, hard working and their attention to detail is excellent. I highly recommend Home Depot flooring installations because of Home Depot's pricing, the way they stand behind their products, and the fact that Jose and sons are expert installers.”

“I work with a company that remodels and restores houses, that have been damaged from storms and floods. I finally found LaSource in Bluffton, that has all our needs and was able to order quickly and store any and all supplies needed for these restorations, as they have a huge warehouse, connected right there, next to their amazing storeroom. The entire staff is always ready to assist and ensured that we received the right products and right amount of supplies, whether is was after hours or on the weekend. Thanks for such a great team at LaSource and our customers truly appreciate it.”

“I was so impressed with the service I received from Jeremy at the Lowes in Bluffton. He went out of his way to make sure to get me what I needed and then when I had to return the item because of damage to the patio table, he made sure that the one I exchanged it for was satisfactory. I have to say he was most helpful and friendliest person I have met in the Lowe's store over the last 15 years or so we've been going to Hilton Head.”
