“This is the best Sherwin Williams store! The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They move fast, but have never rushed me, nor have I witnessed them rush others. Need help deciding on a color? They may not be able to pick for you, but they have someone there that can talk you through it and look at other samples from surrounding rooms or a piece of upholstery and guide you toward a successful choice. I've learned that picking a color isn't too hard, it's the undertones that can make or break a color, plus the direction the windows/light comes from. THIS Sherwin Williams has a valuable asset in their employee, I believe her name was Chelsea.”
“The customer service i experienced today was theraputic. Ive always been a commitment phobe indecisiveness puts it lightly. When I came in with my neice and nephew hair cuttings as paint sample ideas Lizz Taylor did not bat an eye at my insanity. Instead she got to work ensuring she sent me.home with atleadt 9 child hair color samples. When I came back she did was years of therapy couldent. She helped me utilize my own decision making skills to commit to a color.”
