“Needed some specialized lumber and they were happy to get it special ordered for me. Called with follow up questions and alerted me promptly when the order arrived. Prices in line with big box places...I will use them more often for better lumber.”
“We should support smaller retailers more often instead of going to the big box home improvement stores. Had to get a bag of garden soil to plant some gardenias we just bought. The store is smaller, so things are easier to find without being overwhelmed by too many selections. I also can't say how much I appreciated the sign on the door requiring mask use whether you're vaccinated for COVID-19 or not. It shows care and concern for employees and customers and it is a brave stand in a world where everyone is so polarized. Thank you for that level of care and we will try our best to come here more often when we need a few items for our random home improvement projects instead of going to the big retailers. Ace is so much closer to us anyway.”
