“Rochell is always so wonderful and accommodating. My boy wasnt feeling well (chronic) and she put him in another room to wait and I think her smile and kindness helped him out. Patrice took his blood and she was a pro. The place is busy yes, but it isnt their fault. The staff are very professional and lovely!”
“Mia was great! She was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and warm. As one who doesn’t do well at the sight of my own blood, she had me so distracted by good conversation, that I was done before I even knew it. Surprisingly, I felt great leaving, even after losing a pint of blood!
I was so impressed with her service, I contacted my doctor later that day to brag on Mia, as my doctor had been looking for a new phlebotomist for her patients. My hope was that others might benefit and have the same experience. I could not recommend her more!

“I made an appointment by calling which was easy to follow the prompts. My wait time was minimal, staff were friendly and they explained the process clearly when you would be called for lab test. There was a tv screen with your name so you knew who was in front of you. The lab tech was so kind when I had my blood drawn. Pleasant experience.”
