Came in on a Saturday and was taken back almost immediately. Katherine was such a delight even though I made the cardinal sin of saying the Q word. I hope she and the rest of the staff had a lovely day, despite my faux pas.

Michelle and Kristin are amazing phlebotomists! I barely have time to blink and they’ve found my vein and drew my blood. I have very small veins and have had tons of issues with them blowing, or rolling. I feel very confident when I go to the Port Royal location and am assigned to one of these two ladies.

I'm giving five stars right now because I'm on the road heading home. Later, I will write about my wonderful experience. I will say that there are some very friendly professional and beautiful ladies who doing the very best that they can to service everyone's needs.
