Overall it's pretty standard water is separate hot tub in the pool area that doesn't work, and a subpar workout room for the price. Gated community which is nice and pretty quiet. Grounds kept up. That is why it received the 3 stars.

That woman in the office Tammy is disgusting. She has a horrible attitude and could use some pointers on common courtesy and customer service. Her horrible service definitely changed my mind about living at this location.
