Autumn Park

Apartments
Hours: Autumn Park is a residential community with a mix of experiences reported by its residents. Some long-time residents appreciate the safe neighborhood and commend the leasing office for its professionalism. The staff is described as hardworking, with prompt maintenance services and affordable living costs, especially in challenging economic times. Many enjoy the spacious apartments, access to a pool, workout room, and well-maintained grounds, which contribute to a pleasant living environment. However, some residents have raised concerns about various issues in the apartments. Complaints include inadequate soundproofing between units, poor quality fixtures, and maintenance problems such as broken appliances and faulty locks. Residents have noted the presence of litter and the need for improvements like a walking trail in the nearby woods. Additionally, some amenities, like the hot tub, have been reported as out of order for extended periods. Overall, while Autumn Park offers a variety of amenities and a supportive community atmosphere, there are areas for improvement in maintenance and apartment quality. Residents have mixed feelings, with some expressing satisfaction and a willingness to stay long-term, while others highlight specific issues that detract from their experience.
