“I have to say, I enjoyed living here. Apartment living will always mean there are adjustments to be made and rough patches here and there. But the neighborhood was nice. I moved there from a bad neighborhood and it was a huge improvement. It was quiet at night, the majority of my neighbors were very nice and friendly, and there was no crime that I knew of. The pool is a little small, but they kept it clean. The cario room was unavailable for a few months, but that was mainly due to the fact that a fire burned down the office shortly before I moved in and they needed to close the room in order to build the new office. The grounds were kept clean and nice, any maintenance issues were responded to quickly, and the office staff were professional and understanding when there were issues. My biggest complain had nothing to do with the complex itself and everything to do with very rude downstairs neighbors that constantly complained and banged on their ceiling/my floor if we walked around the apartment too much, saying we were being too loud. They were extremely rude and when we spoke to Tammy, she was very understanding and helpful in the whole situation. I would move there again, if I did not need to be in a different school district for my kids.”

“We have really enjoyed our experience at Drayton Mills Lofts. From application to daily living, the experience has been the best we could have asked for. We love the history of the location, the exposed brick and the hardwood floors are so much charm. Our loft is beautiful and it just feel like home, comfortable and inviting. We have no plans on leaving anytime soon!”

“The office staff are very welcoming and friendly. The maintenance always goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone's issues are solved and if it's something they can't fix they make surenits a priority to get that fixed in a very timely manner. Georgetown Luxury is getting better and I am glad to call myself a tenant.”
