“I am thankful for switching to FSB. I have been back and forth between banks running and operating my small business; FSB has been thoughtful and times yes it can be stressful, overall very good with my business! Every bank is gonna have their moments when things go hay wire I get it, but does not mean they are a bad bank. This location the staff has gotten to know my name and treated me with respect and courtesy. The other locations I have been to I have had the same experience. Though I know I may have been the difficult one at times because it can be challenging managing a small business from a smaller family owned bank; on the contrary FSB has done their best to assist me in all my needs and I understand where they are being a smaller bank.
