“Kyle was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with! He communicated with my phone consistently until I was ready to make the hour trip to check out the car.
When I called him and said I was getting in the car and would there in an hour - he instantly personally cleaned the car I wanted to see until it could get detailed. He had it pulled upfront, ready to go - and understood that time was of the essence, and the last thing I wanted to do was spend time wasting time.
After driving it - he was upfront about what they could offer, and communicated efficiently and effectively with Quintin - their financing manager. Both Kyle and Quintin left no doubt in mind about giving Hoover my business, and that I was making the right decision.
My only regret is not recruiting Quintin and Kyle to come work with me, as I know they would crush it solely based on the level of customer service they provided, their willingness to hustle for a deal, and their honesty/transparency. Two top notch individuals that I cannot recommend enough!”
“Thank you, Matt, for going over and above for us. We were far from home, camping, and we were scheduled to head home in a couple of days. My 38' RVs engine started messing up. We were over six hours' drive from home, and the engine was barely running. I called numerous companies, and no one could help us. I kept calling, and I was finally recommended to 'C&S automotive'. I called and spoke to Matt, and he took us right in. He's such a nice man. He was very comfortable taking care of our RV. He explained everything and what to expect. “I just got my alignment done at the Mavis in Moncks Corners. Carl fit me in same day and really helped me last min, he has amazing customer service. The cost was around 100. Palmer was very polite and informed me about other issues with my car. Being that I do not know about cars he communicated well to my understanding. He showed me the issues. Helped me take good pictures and gave me realistic recommendations. I feel like this was an amazing experience and I will continue to go to them. From service to cost I don’t think you can beat it?”
“Hays Tires Pro in Moncks Corner SC has exceeded any expectations that we had. The Customer Service desk is professional, friendly, listen & hear, plus treated us like family. In the last 3 months we have had an Full set of tires for sons Acura, and recently my 2025 Ram Rebel. The shop has been quick and efficient, keep the car clean, and given us updates and advice. I can't recommend anywhere better, would prefer to give 10 stars not the limit of 5.

Mr. Kevin and his team are not only highly skilled in their profession but they are also a very conscientious team. “My brakes were in desperate need of replacement and I was able to call, take my car in for an inspection and get them fixed inside of 4 hours. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and they have a nice area to wait in. They did a great job - I'll be coming back for other car needs. They were also hundreds of dollars less expensive that what Mavis quoted me.”

“I had Classic Collision to repair a blemished hood on my car. I was not only amazed at how timely the work was done, but when I returned to get it, it looked like they had installed a brand new hood----an indication of genuine professionalism.
The two ladies in the front office, and the manager possess phenomenal customer service/communication skills. I highly recommend this establishment!!”
