“Mike and Stokes Chevrolet were amazing! I inquired about a truck on the internet and he called me within 5 minutes. I missed the call, but he left a voicemail and then sent me a video of the truck. We were still on the fence about the truck, but he followed up when he said he would. We came to look at it, but weren't fans. He found us a different truck and we bought that one. The price was great and the process was super fast. We were in and out in 3 hours and that included our test drives and think time. Highly recommend!”
“When I moved to moncks corner 3 years ago, my transmission went out. I started searching the web for mechanics that specializes in transmission. I found JB's transmission and auto repair. I spoke to Jack and he explained the process. Jack will figure out the exact problem with your vehicle before taking any money. If he doesn't find anything wrong, he is not taking your money nor will he make up anything just to get your money. Jack and his team are honest and take pride in their work. I have been going to Jack for all of my repairs for the past 3 years. Jack and his team goes above and beyond. “Kyle was by far the best salesman I have ever worked with! He communicated with my phone consistently until I was ready to make the hour trip to check out the car.
When I called him and said I was getting in the car and would there in an hour - he instantly personally cleaned the car I wanted to see until it could get detailed. He had it pulled upfront, ready to go - and understood that time was of the essence, and the last thing I wanted to do was spend time wasting time.
After driving it - he was upfront about what they could offer, and communicated efficiently and effectively with Quintin - their financing manager. Both Kyle and Quintin left no doubt in mind about giving Hoover my business, and that I was making the right decision.
My only regret is not recruiting Quintin and Kyle to come work with me, as I know they would crush it solely based on the level of customer service they provided, their willingness to hustle for a deal, and their honesty/transparency. Two top notch individuals that I cannot recommend enough!”
“The guys at Brake Time were so good to us! We are in Monck's Corner on vacation and this afternoon we noticed the back left tire on our Corolla was very low. We pulled into Brake Time Auto Repair and asked the guys if they had any room. They assessed the situation, saw that there was a hole that needed to be plugged and they plugged it on the spot!
They couldn't have been more kind and humble! One of the many reasons we love to visit the South is this kind of sweet spirit of neighborly care!”
“Can I give 10 Stars????? These guys were so amazing! My daughter’s brakes went out on the car she just bought and I got an appointment so fast considering it is a holiday weekend. When I got in there, there was a mistake and the appointment had not been put in the system and the guy was so professional and nice about fitting me in. “I will take every one of my body repairs to Classic Collision in Moncks Corner! They did a phenomenal job on my jeep. I never went through the process unknown of updates. Their text system was always on point. Never had to call and ask how far along my Jeep was. They were on top of communication and when you’re waiting on your vehicle to get repaired, I feel that is top priority. They even fixed things in my front end that were not caused by the damage of our incident. Tires were shiny when we pulled up to pick up the vehicle. Thanks again Classic Collision Moncks Corner.
