“I go to this store mainly to purchase Biscotti Chocolati on a regular basis, but they're usually out of it. Management needs to be able to see with POS tech inventory, and increase supply. Store associates say they have no control over what or when corporate sends. We went to a Big Lots on Long Island last week, who had a huge supply of Biscotti, all 4 varieties.”

“My checkout was incorrect...so I called the store and gave the manager my time, date, etc. She " reviewed the tape" , called me back and graciously told me to return to the store for my return. She was beyond accommodating and kind...my purchase was for a church family gift...so the little bit saved will be appreciated.
