“I’m not sure why I waited so long to switch pharmacies! Shop local and support local indeed!I recently switched to Hawthorn from a neighboring big box pharmacy. Coming from a place where you’d be on hold 10-20 minutes just for someone to answer the phone, Hawthorne has been amazing! Seriously thought, the service has been impeccable. You call and they answer without having to spend your life on hold. They’re friendly and respectful too. A few weeks ago, I needed a script filled that has recently gone generic and unfortunately the generic was out of stock, but they did have the brand name. The staff made sure to not only make me aware of this, but notify me that my payment would potentially be much more because it was brand. They offered to run the insurance to determine the price and requested permission to fill based on this fact. The other pharmacy would have NEVER done any of that!There is an app which you can use to communicate with the store, request refills, and will even remind you to take your medications. Couldn’t make it easier than that!”

“Called Lancaster Walmart 8 times today. 7 of the 8 I was picked up and hung up on. The last someone actually asked me to hold but I hung up at the 17 minute mark of holding. Camden is closer to my home but I called Lancaster as my husband could pick it up otw home from work. After call #8, I called Camden Walmart Pharmacy.Camden Walmart pharmacy got it taken care of within 5 minutes! They answered my call, were very kind and professional as well! They pulled the Rx, checked their stock, got the insurance ran and gave me a very reasonable time for when they’d have it ready. Huge thank you to them as I’m extremely sick and the medication is necessary for me to keep any liquids and/or solids down. THANKFUL they cared more than Lancaster as I’ve had a very tough few weeks being so sick. This little bit of care and kindness made a bigger difference in a customers life than they know.”

“Switched to this CVS location after many, many bad experiences with the one on Clemson Rd. This one is a little out of the way, but they are always very prompt with getting our prescriptions ready and 100% worth the drive. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This location has been great for us!”
