“Sams has a slight discount but all the pumps are one way traffic only which results in lines, people waiting their turn on the right side and empty lanes on the left side. So you can only use about half of their pumps. I told hubby I'd rather pay the extra $.10 per gallon to get the 25 mins back I wasted in the Sam's one lane only gas line.”

“I had 5 scripts that turned out to be over $50 after insurance. I couldn't afford all of them, but Jacquelyn rescanned each one under all my policies and discounts and they ended up being $2.35! In this economy, that was a lifesaver. She went above and beyond for me and deserves recognition. I can't remember ever getting customer service like this. I was considering going back to my local pharmavy because it is closer and I like to support local businesses, but, after this, I will stay at Publix for life as long as they continue hiring people that care enough to go out of their way to help their customers get their meds at the lowest and correct price. It wasn't an error. The system just defaulted to the first policy.”

“I just wanted to say I appreciated the help from the staff there. I was having a bad vertigo episode and the pharmacy techs went out of there way to help me. I was so light headed and dizzy they recommended a good over the counter medicine and even went and got it for me. I took the medication sat down and waited an hour before I left. I was blown away with the customer service and felt like they genuinely cared about me.”

“I have been coming to Publix Pharmacy for some years now. I think it is the pharmacist, Alice, that made me decide to stay for so long. She is professional but also very down to earth and helpful. She came from behind the pharmacy counter to help me on the floor one time. She is kind. There is a male pharmacist there who is also a gem. But I don’t know his name. He is so kind and professional. Also, I get to see all of the other wonderful store employees like Cookie and Ellen. This is my pharmacy. I love it. I love Publix.”

Amber has been helping me every time I go into the store and greets me like I am a local. My cashier was superb and the lady that carried my groceries out was extremely helpful.
