“Wow, EXCELLENT service, and reasonably priced!! . The awesome guys at Chapman Auto referred me there. My late mother's car had been sitting. Rain would flood from sunroof drains into both front floorboards, like 1/2 gallon in a 10 min heavy rain. I called yesterday, asking for first available time because my other vehicle needs to go into the shop, and I need to drive Mom's car even if it rains. Sunroofs of Columbia were quite busy but graciously fit me in this morning; started right away, and I was out of there sooner than the had quoted, with a Dry Car. Bring on the rain !”

“We were hit by another driver (they were at fault and their insurance took care of it all) and chose to get our repairs done here. Everyone was super friendly, extremely helpful and Jose was on top of it all! They did have our van for about 3 weeks due to delays from the insurance company and I was stressing I wasnt going to have it back by our vacation, but Jose stayed after hours to make sure we received our van back in time. Would VERY much recommend them and we would use them again if ever needed.”

“Me and my husband had the pleasure of going to the Atlas Rd location today for a minor issue with a clip on my fender. Jennifer was amazing from the initial phone call this week to explaining the process today. Forgive me but I can't remember the gentleman that came out to take a look at the car but he too was amazing. We were there to get an estimate to fix the issue and sent by the warranty company. He took the car in the back and returned in less than 15 minutes. The issue was fixed and he declined to file a claim with the warranty co. I promise if you go to Gerber you won't be disappointed. What should have been a simple process turned into a frustrating 3-month ordeal because of delays and complications from the insurance company — but Matt and Amber kept us informed and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Their patience never changed, even though I called them so many times throughout the process. The repair work was excellent, and the customer service was just as great! Definitely recommend!”
“I used Gerber on Broad River Rd because my insurance company suggested it. I can’t express how good my experience with them was. Even though my truck was eventually “terminal”, the service manager Matt was so had the best attitude and was always open and honest about what they were trying to do. And the receptionist, I hate I don’t know her name, was always positive and actually seemed like she enjoyed her job. If I ever need anything done with a vehicle I will use them.”

“Mr. George was great with communicating when he would arrive. He fixed the crack within 20 minutes and installed new wipers. During a recent rainstorm, I had to use the wipers. They made me jump because they made absolutely no noise. They glided across my windshield as if they were a ninja dancing. Will definitely recommend to others!”
“The price was VERY reasonable. The customer service was outstanding. When I came in at 10:30am, the lobby was crowded. Apparently, it was still a good time. They serviced the tint and had me out in a reasonable time; although I had prepared to spend the whole day there. Very pleased”
