“I had an issue with my driver side window. I spoke with Shelly who was very kind and helpful!! Shelly was quick to respond, understood my concerns for the coming rain and was very thorough! Alex was awesome!! Alex was friendly, helpful, patient and taught me a few things along the way and was a true gentleman. The services were quick, but not rushed!! We have used First Choice Auto Glass in WC,SC several times and will be using them every time we need glass services! They also replace agitators for your windows which is very good to know! We have never been disappointed and refer everyone we know to them and will continue to do so! Thanks a bunch for being so awesome y’all!! It’s hard to find such wonderful and amazing folks these days and these folks are TOP NOTCH!! Keep being awesome y’all and thank you again for servicing our community for so many years!! May y’all continue to be blessed with thousands more satisfied customers!! Y’ALL ROCK!!! XOXOXOS!!”

“We had a zero turn kick up a rock that went through our front glass door. A few seconds later the entire office watched it shatter and disintegrate before our eyes. I called Sandra at 916am. Calvin was here to assess the damage within 30 minutes, and my office is a good 20 minutes from Sheppard's. Repair guys were here close to 1130- entire job was completed by lunchtime. Impeccable customer service and a job well done, and very expeditiously at that. There is a reason they have been in business for over 50 years, and they take pride in their work and reputation. Can't go wrong using Sheppard's Glass!”

“It was pricey as in $300 just to get the sunroof to close, was hoping around $200 or less but what's not expensive these days, was done in a couple hours. Nobody else couldn't get it closed, I didn't come across anyone til I took the car here. I definitely recommend!”

“Can can’t brag on Kelly automotive LLC enough, I am just over the moon with the great customer service that they provide. They did not try to up charge me, they just told me what my car needed and they repaired it. This is a huge deal for me especially after I was done wrong by another shop in town. Kelly’s really do care and appreciate their customers. If I could I would give them 100 stars. I will definitely be one of their customers for life.”
