We have been banking with FCB for a very long time and everyone is always so nice and attentive. We have worked with the team at the Cayce, Sunset Blvd., Ballentine, Surfside Beach branches and all are very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent bank with helpful & friendly employees. In particular, Margie has helped me deal with several frustrating matters (partly of my own making) that her patience & knowledge helped made a great difference . . .

Excellent customer service and for not having an account to cash a business check..no FEE! I was also informed and not aggressively about the features and benefits of their free checking accounts as I was conducting business...no pressure to sign on at a bank..how refreshing...
