But the branch manager and the office staff are over the top! Over the past couple of weeks, I've had the pleasure of working with DeShawn and Ryan on a few occasions, and a couple of others whose names I didn't get. These guys, and ALL the people in the area greeting you while you are waiting to see bank personnel, really raise the bar for customer service.
