“Wonderful atmosphere in the building. The people are kind and quick to help - overall I've never had a problem with SF unless you count their after hours customer service. The lady I spoke to was rude, not understanding or answering my questions, and then hung up on me!
SF in person and during hours are wonderful, but after hours is a hit or miss.”
