“Very happy. Joshua Buckley and Gabe Buckley were fantastic. I didn’t really want to spend a lot on a new shower, but it needed to be done, and we wanted it done right. Paying for this service was so worth it because it truly felt like white glove service and was stress-free. The shower came out great! The guys were very respectful and professional.”

“We recently had Graniteman install a fireplace surround. From start to finish, we were pleased with the service we received. Janet spent a lot of time helping us make our decisions. Even after our initial visit every question we had regarding price, installation, etc, was answered right away. The installation crew took time to address some challenging details, asking our approval as they worked. They were extremely courteous, and very thorough with clean up. We're looking forward to working with them on any future projects.”
“Packed with great quality home and yard decor, fixtures and furniture. Beautiful carpet and rug selection at best prices in the Midlands. Always worth a visit.”
“They have a good selection of tile. The displays are more up to date than some of the other tile stores and the sales people were helpful and not pushy. I haven't purchased anything yet so I can't give them the fifth star”
“Greg Rogers was extremely professional and help. He knows his products and was the best at helping me put my last project together. So so appreciative. Chasity has also helped me through this remodel adventure .”
“They're always informative and helpful about parts and project suggestions. If they somehow don't have what you're looking for, their combined experience in the field will lead you in the right direction”
“Isaiah greeted us as soon as we entered The Tile Shop in Columbia,SC. We were building a house and overwhelmed with all of the big decisions we were making and hoping to make all of the right ones! Isaiah made us feel super comfortable and asked me a few questions on design and by the time we looked around the store, he had a mock up waiting for us. I went with his recommendations (ALL of them!) from grout color to dimensions of the floor tile. When I tell you our master bath is the prettiest room in our home? It is GORGEOUS!
I physically went by the store to talk to management about the wonderful experience that we had and learned that he is now back in school. I hope it is for some sort of design, because he certainly has an eye for it! Thank you, Isaiah for helping with the finishing touches of our forever home! And thank you, Tile Shop for having such great options locally!”
“Harley and her team were great during the entire process. When her crew came to do the installation they were very professional and did a great job. I 100% recommend them.”
“November 2025:
Can't take carts out of building and exit door only opens partially.
Seems like some newbie manager has their guts in a twist about carts or product loss and doesn't care about how inconvenient it is for shoppers to haul a cart load of product out of the store without a cart while walking through the doors sideways with bags in hand.
Don't buy more than you can carry.”

“12 years ago my husband & I found this store when we were building our home. We outfitted almost the entire interior with quality items that are still serving us well (cabinets, entire bathroom & kitchen, wood flooring, tile & slate). Over the weekend when choosing where to go for an add on bathroom in the basement we decided to go back, since we had such good luck there so many years ago. Andrew was very accommodating and efficient in helping us with our purchases & even helped out with changing out an item (oops, our fault not theirs) after the sale. Same manager was there that helped us out 12 yrs ago! Great to see a business still going strong & doing right by customers consistently. Side note..... did I mention the prices are very reasonable ?”
“Just go in there and get what you want and somebody will help you lol there prices are really good though and a good location they are really helpful if they think your going to steal something ??”
“Yes a lot of stuff; most acceptable. What’s missing ?? adequate staffing not only at cash register but on store floor to maintain a clean organized shopping experience.. Columbia SC— St. Andrews Rd…..experience in Rock Hill SC more acceptable/ clean/ organized…… …????”
“Tammy was great, pleasing personality, went out of her way in helping us. Very knowable in the products. Creative tile needs to hold onto her. Definately will be back for our next tile project.”

“We got kitchen and bathroom counters installed by Rocky Tops in 2019 by Scott and have been incredibly happy with the results. Fast forward to April 2026. We had an under the kitchen sink RO system installed and needed a hole drilled for the cold water faucet. We contact Rocky Tops again and Lee worked us into their schedule. Gabe, the technician was very prompt, professional and did an amazing job. Extremely happy with all interactions with this company. Hands down, we will recommend them to anyone who asks!”
