“Isaiah greeted us as soon as we entered The Tile Shop in Columbia,SC. We were building a house and overwhelmed with all of the big decisions we were making and hoping to make all of the right ones! Isaiah made us feel super comfortable and asked me a few questions on design and by the time we looked around the store, he had a mock up waiting for us. I went with his recommendations (ALL of them!) from grout color to dimensions of the floor tile. When I tell you our master bath is the prettiest room in our home? It is GORGEOUS!
I physically went by the store to talk to management about the wonderful experience that we had and learned that he is now back in school.
