Pilot there is to much competition in this area for your staff to have such nasty dispositions. I stop here on a humble and the nasty attitude from the cashier made realize that is why I stopped coming here and started going to QuikTrip. Their service and upbeat staff keeps me coming back. They have more food options and give better service... You guys may want to look into self service stations being your staff dislikes their jobs and take it out on the cusumers. So long pilot... Hello Quick trip and buckees soon to come.

Parking is terrible. 90 spaces maybe, but, about 75 are all paid. None are reasonably level. Very tight to almost not being able to get a semi into several due to too tight of a turn or blindside in. No room to maneuver. If your truck is sensitive to running on too steep an angle, your coolant level alarm will be going off and you might be blowing coolant out your overflow. Impossible to check fluids for Pre-trip unless you start your truck first and drive into fuel lane. Good thing is there's lots of Paid Bobtail parking available so that frees up more semi parking spots.

Parking lot a bit small for trucks, a lot of paid parking. Not much free.. Also a local drop yard. Shower was somewhat clean, there was pubic hair on the toilet. Would I come here again? Probably not, staff was nice. But too much BS going on

With 2 hour restricted parking, I don't see this as a true Pilot location. Signs all over the place for car parking... that car will be towed afyer 2 hours. Yes, that is normal BUT it is also normal to leave some side parking available WITHOUT 2 hour restriction.
This location has ALL vehicle parking marked for 2 hours
Instead, if overnight parking is needed, go to Rest Area I-26 E MM 122.5.

Worst travel center my parents and I have ever been to. Staff were rude and standoffish. The Wendy’s staff were the same and it was very dirty, we decided to pass on food at this stop.

Bathrooms give off horrible old cat box smell and are very small. The store is well stocked but exceptionally overpriced! Staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful! For as many trucks that can be seen there, need much much better bathrooms and price check!!!

The Wind's in this place is the Nastiest and slowest place ever. I ordered a baconator. 15 mins later I left without it and employees standing around talking. I will not be back.
