We had no where to ship and store anything before school started until I realized we could rent a storage unit and have her ship stuff directly to the unit. Then when we arrive, we will pick it all up in ONE place and bring it to her dorm. The process couldn’t have been EASIER! The manager was great and very willing to help in any way he could! Would highly recommend doing it this way instead of shipping it to a dorm where they may lose, misplace or store items in the wrong place.”

She was calm and attentive to NOT ONLY my storage needs but also other arriving patrons who needed her help accessing the gate and/or completing a reservation! It was a nice 'balance' of customer service! For any concerns I had, she was WILLING to do what she could- even if it meant that I would have to obtain a unit at another location! Customer service 20 out of 10!!! Galie YOU ROCK!!!!”
