“The staff at this Knox Abbott Midas is the most efficient, professional, and courteous I have encountered at a vehicle service store in a long time.
They checked out and repaired my daughter's Subaru for her 600 mile journey home with all diligence. She got home safe within a day. They also inspected my son's car and replaced the tires and did the alignment within a 3 hour window.
Leaves a father with a good sense of trust.”

“I have been here twice and this place is great! It is a little out of my way, but definitely worth it. The first time....New to the area and needed some work done on my truck. I knew what the issue was, water pump needing to be replaced. I had called 2 other places first, close to me, and when I told them the issue, I was treated like I was a moron. “These are great folks! Hubby blew out tire on his trailer this morning. He looked up and saw their sign and limped trailer in to their shop. They were friendly and very accomodating. They went out of their way to get him repaired and back on his way.
Incidentally, I had a sudden flat about 7 months ago while driving on Highway 1 near Lexington. I too saw their sign and pulled in. They began working on it before I even got to the waiting room. I felt safe and so thankful. They were very professional and friendly.”

I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple.
