“Broke down on highway and had vehicle towed to this location. Being from out of town I was at their mercy for repair. The manager Steve gave me his word everything would be fixed as soon as possible. Technician ran into a problem when installing new part as one of the bolts broke off when tightening. It caused a huge delay in getting the vehicle fixed but I must say they stayed well after closing time until it was done. If I wrote this review right away I may have been more critical however in retrospect sometimes things happen outside of their control. The best analysis of a business isn’t always when things go great. It’s when things don’t go well and what happens next. They came through on their end. Props on their end for caring for their customers enough to put themselves in your shoes. I would recommend them without reservation.”

“We love CCC. These guys are real pros and are well-versed in domestic and foreign cars. We've been taking our GM cars and truck and our Volvo here for many years. Besides repairs, we buy all our tires from Complete. We stopped asking in advance what a repair will cost, since we know we will get a fair price. They will not perform or suggest any unnecessary repairs. The "up front" guys Bill, Patrick, and Doug are extremely knowledgeable and are excellent at customer service. We recommend Complete without reservation!”
“Totally love this place. They are honest. I came in with a tire off the bead and fully expected to replace. They were able to safely repair saving me over $200! Here's the great part....they could have charged me for a new tire because I would have never known but they didn't! Alec even got a little excited to tell me that he saved me money! Awesome service. “This was my first experience with them; someone recommended them on a Facebook post. Took my car in early Wednesday morning and it was ready by Friday afternoon, needed a new catalytic converter. They were in constant contact. My old mechanic passed away a few years ago and I've been trying to find someone trustworthy and reliable ever since. Will definitely take my car here from here on out!”
“Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”

“Excellent service, very knowledgeable, professional operator. We called a Goodyear store at 5:20 pm and they told us they could not look at our tire. We pulled into Go Used Tires at 5:40 and they did not hesitate to help us. Diagnosed the problem replaced the tire and we were back on the road by 6PM. Fantastic Experience.”
