Ordered on line executive patio furniture .only to be doubled charged. Had two items in my cart. I was charge for one piece them the the other piece then charged for both. Can't do any thing until furniture is delivered.
4000.00 dollar mistake . I thought I give them a second chance last time I paid for assembly. Came home found 2000 pound pallet blocking my driveway. Had to move each piece 1 at a time to porch, and had to assembled it ourselves. we're in our 70,s
No more chance for Lowe's.

My experience at Lowe's in Clemson was GREAT!!! All 3 staff members that greeted and helped me were really sweet and hospitable! ? 1 staff member in particular, Mr.William Plott, was extremely patient, kind and helpful with me today. He was a joy to talk and laugh with as he assisted me with my purchase and help with my car. ?

Lowe’s delivery broke my 70+ year old mother in laws water main. She was left without water for 5 days. We had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Management is not respectful, nor do they care about local customers who give them business. I am appalled by the lack of help and refusal to help or pay for the repairs. Customer service is garbage.

Theis lowes is a smaller lowes which does not Carry a full line of good but does it best with in a small county local where there just isn't enough people around to support a large home improvement service. Manager is super nice and is regularly seem out and about his store and not afraid of problem solving with his clients. He is smart and does what is reasonable for his customers. Staff are hard working and also looking out for their clients best resolve to their projects. Most have good knowledge of the products they sell. If not they will find helpers who do. The garden service area has good discounts in the back if ubare willing to nurse plants back to health.
