“I have been living in Chapin for twenty years, and not had a bad experience yet. If anything I have shared lots of laughs and great service. Thanks for your service. I find it hard to please everyone but I keep trying. We need to come together as a community.”

“Great experience here. Came in for my first time passport. Darren helped me out and got me in and out within 10 minutes. Fixed my minor mistakes and had me on my way. Definitely recommend to anyone getting a new passport or renewing. Such a quick and easy process.”

“Karen is wonderful. I actually get upset when I see a fill in sometimes. The reasons are I know my experience aren’t going to be like the one she offers. She communicates with you in a welcoming way. She makes sure all your needs are handled before leaving. She is just the sweetest even when it looks as if she isn’t feeling too well. I gave a 4 stars solely because all the fill ins aren’t so GREAT.”
