“Karen is wonderful. I actually get upset when I see a fill in sometimes. The reasons are I know my experience aren’t going to be like the one she offers. She communicates with you in a welcoming way. She makes sure all your needs are handled before leaving. She is just the sweetest even when it looks as if she isn’t feeling too well. I gave a 4 stars solely because all the fill ins aren’t so GREAT.”

“I don’t use the physical facilities often, but today I missed delivery of a certified, return receipt requested envelope. I called the PO and spoke to Barbara, who instructed me how to proceed. About 15 minutes after our conversation, she took the time to call me back informing me she found it and I would need to sign for it (I was not aware it was certified until this second conversation). I told her I would be in to pick it up the next day, and she assured me it would be there. She saved me the potential of missing it again or other inconvenience. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this extra effort. It was a big deal!”

“You will not find a post office as friendly as this one. Always high raves reviews from family, friends and EBay folks that mail often. Clearly, the lady with a review before me is speaking of a different post office on Saint Andrews Road as there are two of them.”

“I had a great experience at this post office! I had to purchase some money orders for the first time, and the clerk was very nice and helpful, and had the task completed in a courteous manner and in only a few minutes. The inside of the office was very nice as well - it was clean, spacious, and had a retro-classic vibe. This post office isn’t really in my neighborhood, but if it was, I’d have no issues utilizing it again! Would recommend it for anybody in the vicinity!”

“Awesome staff. The first clerk did not know exactly how to solve my issue so found the person that they knew could help. And they figured out what I needed to do to get my mail to the right place. We had become homeless and needed to make sure mail got sent where it needed to.”
