“The customer service offered upon delivery of a new refrigerator was beyond anything I have ever seen! I was moving my old frig into a carriage house for my elderly mom. Not only did the delivery crew do this with care and excellence, but one of them noticed that movement of the refrigerator into my mom's kitchen made the opening of the door awkward for her to maneuver. I would never have noticed until long after the crew was gone, but this young man suggested that we take the door off and switch the opening to the opposite side so that she would not have to walk around the island to move items from frig to counter. I was so grateful for this attention to detail. It would have been so easy to install and walk away, but going the extra mile will keep me going back to Signature Appliances forever!”
