First of all every time I come in the store there's always someone there to great me which is nice. Not only that, but it is really easy to find an employee within the store that will help answer questions and employees seem really knowledgeable!
I cannot speak more highly about the protection plan that comes with the appliances via geek squad. I will not buy appliances anywhere else from now on. I bought an LG fridge in 2023 and I purchased the five-year protection plan which seemed really expensive at the time.. come 2025 and the fridge started to have issues. It was so EASY and FAST to schedule a repair appointment. Naijah from Geek Squad was so nice and knowledgeable about fridge diagnostics. When it was deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing defect, Geek Squad/BestBuy replaced my fridge. They didn't punt anything off to the manufacturing company, they handled everything in house. The best part - communication was so easy and prompt (no excessive wait time while on phone with them). Really great experience! It is such that peace of mind that I can buy high end appliances and have protection for 5 years.”

“The customer service offered upon delivery of a new refrigerator was beyond anything I have ever seen! I was moving my old frig into a carriage house for my elderly mom. Not only did the delivery crew do this with care and excellence, but one of them noticed that movement of the refrigerator into my mom's kitchen made the opening of the door awkward for her to maneuver. I would never have noticed until long after the crew was gone, but this young man suggested that we take the door off and switch the opening to the opposite side so that she would not have to walk around the island to move items from frig to counter. I was so grateful for this attention to detail. It would have been so easy to install and walk away, but going the extra mile will keep me going back to Signature Appliances forever!”

They seem to never have what u want in stock. One place wanted a $25 shipping charge for this $53 part.”

“I bought a nice microwave from a nice guy by the name of Brad. He initially said it would take a couple weeks to come in and with a tinge of glee, called me in a week that it was ready to be installed.
The gentlemen who installed it were wonderful.
So now, nearly a week later. I called Brad at the store because I had managed to lock up my microwave, making dinner. He stopped what he was doing near the end of their business day to help me figure this situation out. He also mentioned he had made a copy of the instruction book and mailed it to me. How great it that in this year of sales professionals not always living up to the name?”
