Some of the nicest people that just won’t do their jobEspecially being a nonmember, possibly a potential future member, but at this point, I would never go to ChaseThey won’t cash a check for nonmembers that is over a certain limit, and they will not approve to override thatTo me, it just sounds like they try to force people into being their customer

I just had the most amazing experience. I was hesitant after what I read but it was all wrong. Beccah was kind and directed me to a teller. The teller, Mary, was just the sweetest and even laughed at my jokes. Then I waited for a moment where Taylor helped me fix my app settings so it would work better. Just a great experience after a long day of work.

Bank is by far not professional. One person says one thing other person says something else. In the end time is money which I believe they’ll get none of mine.

Went in on a Saturday for assistance with opening an account after reading information about how to do this online. Nothing online stated an appointment was needed. Upon entering the bank I was told I would need an appointment to speak with a banker, although there were two there not assisting anyone at that time. I was told I would need to return hours later or make an appointment for another day. I’m not sure what happened to customer service or walk-in banking assistance but Chase has apparently gone away with this luxury.

The exterior atm took my large sum of cash and did not deposit/credit in my account. After the atm went out of service. I have now spoke to four individuals at Chase, and the money is still not in my account. It was serviced this morning and cameras are on the atm to see when it occurred.. so where is my money?

This Chase Bank location on Folly Road on James Island is a convenient place to do some banking when you are in the area. The staff here is very professional and knowledgeable about everything that is banking and financial services. Good experience every time I have been here.
