Clements Ferry Ace Hardware is a proud, locally owned Ace Superstore serving the Charleston community. The new owners have completely turned the business around, making it a fully stocked, convenient, and excellent location. It provides an amazing selection, is reminiscent of old-school local hardware stores, and is a pleasure to shop at. The store offers quality customer service, including delivery and haul-away for items like grills. It is a wonderful small business and a go-to alternative to bigger competitors. Some note prices can be a little on the pricey side or not the best on certain items, and that late visits near closing can feel rushed. Overall, it is a much better, super stoked addition to the booming area.
Rob, the mature gentleman who helped me with getting some keys made, is fantastic. I was also politely greeted by a gentleman working at the front cash register as soon as I walked in, and he helped guide me to Rob’s area. Great team of people, well-stocked store!
