It took a long time to look up because I did not have my card with me. She was very kind, and even though it took a long time, she stayed with me and helped me out even helping keeping my son calm.”
“A young man an employee i met named Jace, which i love his name as well was absolutely amazing. He knew quite a bit although he has only been there a couple of months i learned. I found him knowledgeable, personable, very willing to help me , didn't make me feel like i was a bother to help and made sure i got everything i needed before they closed. They have a really good selection of pretty much anything you need and things you dont realize they carry there.”

First of all every time I come in the store there's always someone there to great me which is nice. Not only that, but it is really easy to find an employee within the store that will help answer questions and employees seem really knowledgeable!
I cannot speak more highly about the protection plan that comes with the appliances via geek squad. I will not buy appliances anywhere else from now on. I bought an LG fridge in 2023 and I purchased the five-year protection plan which seemed really expensive at the time.. come 2025 and the fridge started to have issues. It was so EASY and FAST to schedule a repair appointment. Naijah from Geek Squad was so nice and knowledgeable about fridge diagnostics. When it was deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing defect, Geek Squad/BestBuy replaced my fridge. They didn't punt anything off to the manufacturing company, they handled everything in house. The best part - communication was so easy and prompt (no excessive wait time while on phone with them). Really great experience! It is such that peace of mind that I can buy high end appliances and have protection for 5 years.”
“We recently did a short-term rental in Charleston and were in need of some rental furniture. We visited several furniture rental stores and were very disappointed. Then we were referred to this Aaron's furniture location. Lynn was INCREDIBLE!! She spent so much time with us. She really went so far above and beyond and ended up getting us exactly what we wanted!! We were very appreciative of her wonderful assistance! When it came time for our deliveries, we had a really GREAT team of guys, Herb & Justin!! They were very nice and respectful. “Lots of DIY projects lately. First project to clean up these stools with Home Depot paint. Had them tint one of the wood stains for me (Behr brand) in Atlantic navy. Came out great & I didn't have to sand off the original stain which was a time saver. Second was a blanket ladder. Found some measurements on Pinterest and went to Home Depot for supplies. The guys cut the wood for me which cut down greatly on the time to prepare and assemble.”
“As of Tuesday I officially became a first-time home buyer (FTHB as I've been calling myself!) and that means I will be spending a lot of my time at stores with the word "home" in them!!!First up I needed to buy a refrigerator. The Home Depot had deals going on until the end of November, so I wanted to take advantage. When I arrived to the appliance section the girl was helping another customer so I waited. I'd been looking at the fridge online for a couple weeks and knew exactly what I wanted. We got it loaded on her computer and luckily before paying I noticed it wasn't what I wanted! We backed the order out and found exactly what I wanted for the same price and more features.The next day LeeLee called me to let me know a model of my fridge was now on the display floor. So nice of her to take the time to call me as I really wanted to touch it and see it before spending such a large amount of money!Buying a new home is overwhelming. Shopping for things for a new home is overwhelming. I've found that if home stores such as The Home Depot are properly staffed the experience can be way less stressful. Otherwise you will find yourself walking around aimlessly in a warehouse full of very tall rows of LOTS of stuff.”
