Came by this morning to exchange a pair of shoes I bought for my wife on yesterday that was a bit too small and when I got to Dick’s in West Ashley received excellent fast and professional customer service from Ms.Tamara and Ms.Liz then they made sure I know about the discounted socks in the store!!! thank you guys!!!

Popped in quickly today to buy a new pair of sneakers, was really impressed by how organized the store was and how lovely the staff were. Thom helped me in the shoe section, easily the quickest and most seamless shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. Calvin helped me at checkout and was great.
