Hillary was warm, inviting, knowledgeable and an absolutely lovely yoga teacher. Her classes are true to the all levels model and the studio itself, absolutely gorgeous. This place serves as a sanctuary in itself and I cannot wait to come back next time I visit family 🤍”

“Grady Ervin & Co is truly a classic store with great customer service and products. I went all around Charleston trying to pick out a store to make a tux for my wedding. Grady Ervin and specifically their specialist Orian stood out. Orian was the first person to offer a full consultation to answer any questions I had. Once the tux came in he was very patient during alterations process to make the tux perfect. All around great customer service and a great product. On top of all that they are pretty competitively priced for downtown Charleston.”

“I shop at Life is Good often whether online or a storefront. This was my first time at the Charleston location and the sales associate (who I took to maybe be the owner/manager?) went above and beyond for me. I had bought 2 shirts one for me and one for my mother. Later I realized I had bought her the wrong size. I called the store to ask if they had the size I needed. She told me she had it in the back after checking inventory and I could come exchange that day whenever! Excellent customer service which is sometimes a rarity these days. The difference in customer service between Charleston and Mount Pleasant was like night and day. At Mount Pleasant, I had a disappointing call with a manager who was not very friendly or helpful. In contrast, Melanie at Charleston went above and beyond from the very first moment.
I called to ask about a specific item. She immediately said, “Hang tight, let me check for you.” Within a minute she was back on the line, letting me know they didn’t have it in stock. Without me even asking, she offered to look at other locations. She found the item, gave me the details, and did all of it with a friendly, professional tone.
That kind of initiative and genuine customer care makes a huge difference. Melanie truly represents the best of Lululemon. I’ll continue shopping at the Charleston store because of the experience she created.”

“I visit this store quite frequently and have to say that the improvements over several months is not going unnoticed by me. I have talked to many of the employees during my sprees and they have all been more than accommodating to help me find what Im looking for. I have observed first hand the level of commitment from the management, Sam and Brad, and the dedication and respect that trickles down from them to their staff, which then shows through to the customer service given to folks like me. Im the type of shopper that looks online to actually verify if they have it in the store and more times than not if I can't find it on the floor, the friendly people working the fishing section will help me track it down. I visited another restore recently that wasn't as put together which makes me appreciate what we have right here in Charleston.”

“Not nearly as bad as the other reviews made it seem. I got here at 8:50am for a 9:00am live load. Got right into a dock and now pulling out at 11:40am. Nice office staff and plenty of room to maneuver. Also will let you take your 10 hour break here. Did have to wait a bit for the bills.”
