Dollar General Charleston offers a wide range of everyday essentials at affordable prices, with aisles that are well-stocked and floors that are clean. The store provides low prices on frequently-needed items, including food, snacks, health and beauty aids, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, and more. Customers can save even more with the myDG program. However, the experience at this location has been mixed, with one associate being described as rude and rushing customers, while another incident involving law enforcement was reported. Overall, the store aims to provide a convenient and budget-friendly shopping experience for the community.
I reached out by email several times for this location of the store.. there are no prices printed for the milk. Anything else in the refrigeration area has a price shown there's no price for the milk. We could be charged anything and at this location it is known previous persons working there was stealing.

Cashiers and manager are friendly and helpful. They don't act like you're bothering them or they hate their job! Great customer service. Thank you!

Shelves stocked, aisles were not blocked, associate was friendly, floors were clean. Very rarely happens in a Dollar General before.
