“I have used this location several times for emergency battery issues (usually key fob batteries for various vehicles or oddball sizes) and have always been pleased with the customer service. Today though there was a minor issue with something being broken during battery install and the customer service was amazing. Ebony was the staff member that helped me out today. Just a great attitude and exceptional handling of my complaint.
