“BEST PLACE EVER....my daughter first cracked her ipad screen shot so year ago. As you can imagine the crack turned into flakes of glass freaking out. After six months of her duct tapping the shattered glass my sister recommended this place. So we went in today. I had to pay an $85 fee for them to make sure there was no damage did to the inside which they tik of the broken screen. When I returned the remaining balance was $63. It looked like a brand NEW Ipad. They were able to fix it in 5 hours, so my daughter wouldn't have to go without it. You may think $148 is alot but compared to having to buy av whole new Ipad, IT'S AN AMAZING price. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They were kind, knowledgeable and fast. 10 outta 10 recommend!! You won't regret it.”

“My car broke down in front of the store. After about two hours of trying to fix it Verizon employee James Blackburn helped me. He used to be a mechanic and he fixed the issue in about ten minutes. He was wearing a nice white shirt and a tie and he still worked on my dirty car. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him and he was such a nice guy. He didn’t ask for money he just wanted to help someone in need. It really speaks volumes about his character and the service you’ll get at this store.”

Quick service. Driving home , i realized my Face ID was not working.
I was going out of town so I had to come back a week later.

Came back - He looked at my phone and said the phone must’ve been dropped There was nothing wrong with it.

He closed it back up- the Face ID is working, but not as it was before. I have to hold my face up very close to the screen. And sometimes it won’t work. Now it works 75% of the time. This was never an issue with my phone. He said it must’ve been dropped and has nothing to do with the screen. Absolutely, no way.”

“When AT&T continues to hire people like Ty to represent the company, it keeps people like myself wanting to continue to have AT&T as their 1# phone and internet service. Ty is an expect at what she does and a professional. She was able to figure out the issue with my phone with no support or resolution from the AT&T tech that they are train to call. She maintained her bearing which keeps me claim and not frustrated with the AT&T tech. “We went to Metro on Wednesday to look at and price iPhones. Was greeted by Develle (460 1/2 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403) who was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in. On Thursday we went back because of all the information given about the iPhones. I upgraded from a Android Samsung Galaxy A02s to an iPhone11 ? Develle gave detailed instructions to how to transfer my google info to my iPhone/iCloud. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.”

“I always love visiting the target! They have such a huge selection of goods and you get in and out. Who doesn't like the option to go to the mall hit the food court, or even go to an appointment? This Target is conveniently located next to many amenities and has a Starbucks inside. I shopped for gifts for my nieces and nephews. Found a huge selection while I enjoyed my coffee. Stopped by the grocery to grab snacks and drinks then home items for laundry items. Please stop by the magnolia section. They always have cute things. Target has great value, quick service, and a huge selection of selection with comfort.”

“Great store! Employees are so nice! I was in the store today where a woman was fussing and had no patience due to her or boyfriend's account not being authorized. The employees handled her so nicely. I had to come and praise their patience despite it being the end of the night and they were obviously short staffed. The employees explained for security reasons, they don't keep every phone out. Obviously that was a problem for her. Thank you for handling the customers with respect and courtesy despite dealing with crazy situations. I didn't want that comment to be the last one that was seen! Keep up the good work!”

“Typical Best Buy store. I was mostly in the phone section which was more heavily stocked with iPhones and accessories. There weren't as many android accessories or clearance items. The Samsung and Motorola were not turned out whereas the Apple and Google phones were. The staff seemed nice and were quick to ask if I needed assistance”

“I was switching 4 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. T-Mobile on line customer service advised that I take my phone to a T-Mobile store to get it straightened out. Marc assisted me and I can say he is the most professional and efficient customer service person who I have ever dealt with. Took about 10 minutes and he made sure everything was right before I left. Very refreshing to deal with a real professional. He is simply the best.”
