The rooms feature ample storing space and are very quiet once relocated. The hotel staff is generally friendly, professional, and eager to help, although some reviews mention inconsistent service, especially at the café attached to the lobby, where service can be slow and less attentive. The restaurant across the street, Hank’s, is highly recommended for its delicious food and terrific service. However, some guests found the restaurant on-site to be less accommodating, especially with limited options for children and slow service at the lobby café. Parking can be challenging due to traffic from the nearby Market, and the hotel’s location, while ideal for walkability, is in a busy area. Coffee pot didn't work for 3 days. My upgraded room was staring at the air-conditioning units. Location is great. Hotel staff were attentive.

My wife and I's stay at Emeline was one to remember. The location was great, the vibes were there, and the staff was incredible. Shanique and Grady specifically made this trip one of a kind. We will definitely be back.
