“This was the nicest, cleanest, and most welcoming urgent care I have ever been to. We brought our son while in Charleston for a few weeks and they were so great. We got in immediately, and the NP took her time and we never felt rushed. The office is beautiful and the staff were awesome. Every urgent care/doctors office should feel this way. I never write reviews but had to!!”

For whatever reason, I received a text reminder for the appointment but when I arrived my appt couldn’t be found. I drove 1.5 hours for this appointment, I was worried I was in for having to reschedule. I spoke with Neesha on the second floor check in who not only was very upbeat, kind, andProfessional… but she spoke with the MD office and was able to get me worked in. This was my first experience with MUSC West Ashley and I’m very impressed. Worth the drive for this kind of medical professionalism.”

“I swear holy city med has the most wonderful people in their clinics! The providers are some of the most caring and wonderful humans I've met. They always take time to listen and see that the best care is being provided to the folks who trust them with their health. Even the triage and reception staff are amazing! They are always so welcoming and have a smile when they greet you! This says a lot about the management, as they must make pride and dedication to the patient a tip priority for their staff it truly shows in everything they do. What a wonderful place.
