We got in immediately, and the NP took her time and we never felt rushed. The office is beautiful and the staff were awesome. Every urgent care/doctors office should feel this way. For whatever reason, I received a text reminder for the appointment but when I arrived my appt couldn’t be found. I drove 1.5 hours for this appointment, I was worried I was in for having to reschedule. I spoke with Neesha on the second floor check in who not only was very upbeat, kind, andProfessional… but she spoke with the MD office and was able to get me worked in.
