“I swear holy city med has the most wonderful people in their clinics! The providers are some of the most caring and wonderful humans I've met. They always take time to listen and see that the best care is being provided to the folks who trust them with their health. Even the triage and reception staff are amazing! They are always so welcoming and have a smile when they greet you! This says a lot about the management, as they must make pride and dedication to the patient a tip priority for their staff it truly shows in everything they do. What a wonderful place. “I made an appointment and was seen same day after having random medical issues and struggling to find a doctor who does true comprehensive evaluations. The receptionist I spoke to was super informative regarding my questions about their memberships. My appointment with Dr. Burson was the thoroughest appointment I’ve ever had and I spent the entire 60 minutes face to face with her - which NEVER happens anywhere else I’ve been. My husband (who is trans) was impressed enough to ask for an appointment for himself and she fit him in right after me. She was just as thorough with him and was so kind and understanding and took the time to ask questions to understand his unique needs. Finding a doctor who is smart, takes their time, and is compassionate is a rare find. I’ve never had to wait more than an hour for a message back from her either. The membership concept was something I had to think through, but at the end of the day I’m spending way less than the deductible I have with my insurance. Worth the price and the drive it takes to get downtown from Summerville.”

“The front in the surgery center and building has a nice atmosphere, the ppl are nice the doctors and nurses we did not like. Dr. Brandon R. Was not very empathetic and has very poor bedside manner. He would not let me really understand what was going on and explained to my wife after surgery while under anesthesia what she needs to do. Everyone knows that she wouldn't remember and he wouldn't give me the time to write the info down. He was very dismissive.”
