Recently bought new release product at this location and it was missing items inside. Customer service was useless but the 3 employees there(Andy, Zoe and Sky) were extremely helpful on getting it resolved!

I had a great experience at GameStop thanks to Zoe! She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the people she helps. Zoe made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable — highly recommend asking for her!
