“Our local GameStop in Mount Pleasant closed so we made the trip to this location and I’m so glad we did! Deanna was an absolute rockstar on what is probably one of the most busiest days of the year, Trade Anything Day. She handled the line (which was to the door) with professionalism and kindness. Despite having 8 people behind us, she took the time to make conversation with my young children and was so thorough in checking us out! Because of her, we will always make the trip to West Ashley to shop!”

“AT&T wouldn’t let me transfer from a wireless account to a prepaid plan without switching my number. I’ve been with AT&T for over 25 years. I’ve never changed carriers. I called AT&T, Cricket and had multiple chat calls. I had 2 exceptional women help me. This review is regarding Nicole at the Cricket store in West Ashley on Sam Rittenberg. Nicole answered all my questions and got me up and running for my 14 day trial. Knowing I can call Nicole going forward I’m pretty sure I’ll continue with Cricket. Nicole, Thank you again!”

“I always love visiting the target! They have such a huge selection of goods and you get in and out. Who doesn't like the option to go to the mall hit the food court, or even go to an appointment? This Target is conveniently located next to many amenities and has a Starbucks inside. I shopped for gifts for my nieces and nephews. Found a huge selection while I enjoyed my coffee. Stopped by the grocery to grab snacks and drinks then home items for laundry items. Please stop by the magnolia section. They always have cute things. Target has great value, quick service, and a huge selection of selection with comfort.”

“The best place to buy appliances due to price matching and Geek Squad!! First of all every time I come in the store there's always someone there to great me which is nice. Not only that, but it is really easy to find an employee within the store that will help answer questions and employees seem really knowledgeable! I cannot speak more highly about the protection plan that comes with the appliances via geek squad. I will not buy appliances anywhere else from now on. I bought an LG fridge in 2023 and I purchased the five-year protection plan which seemed really expensive at the time.. come 2025 and the fridge started to have issues. It was so EASY and FAST to schedule a repair appointment. Naijah from Geek Squad was so nice and knowledgeable about fridge diagnostics. When it was deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing defect, Geek Squad/BestBuy replaced my fridge. They didn't punt anything off to the manufacturing company, they handled everything in house. The best part - communication was so easy and prompt (no excessive wait time while on phone with them). Really great experience! It is such that peace of mind that I can buy high end appliances and have protection for 5 years.”

“We recently did a short-term rental in Charleston and were in need of some rental furniture. We visited several furniture rental stores and were very disappointed. Then we were referred to this Aaron's furniture location. Lynn was INCREDIBLE!! She spent so much time with us. She really went so far above and beyond and ended up getting us exactly what we wanted!! We were very appreciative of her wonderful assistance! When it came time for our deliveries, we had a really GREAT team of guys, Herb & Justin!! They were very nice and respectful. Out of all of the deliveries I have ever had, they were definitely one of the best teams! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND THIS TEAM!! Cherie”

“This place is great. They try and find the proper solutions for you. Very nice people and in my case found a great solution. Very helpful, they don't try and sell you the moon. If you want the moon I'm sure they could provide it.”

“Tiny Target is a regular go-to spot for me since I work downtown. While it is not a full Target store with a large selection, it fits the bill for a decent amount of quick grab items. If I need a few grocery items for home, kid's gifts, teacher gifts, wine, coffee creamer, etc. this is a fantastic place to grab what you need quickly. I also appreciate the holiday section they maintain. I also occasionally grab the pre-made salads or frozen entrees for a quick lunch when I am limited on time. It is mostly self check-out only, which is fine. And I'll agree with the others that the employees here are less than helpful, but the store is clean and well-stocked. People complaining about the bathrooms is interesting to me -- go to Charleston Place across the street. Although truly, it is not Target's responsibility to provide public restrooms. Other stores on King Street do not provide this either.”

“I went in with an intermittent overheating issue on my new iPhone. I was prepared for them not to believe me and give me an issue exchanging it. The experience was the complete opposite. Very understanding and agreed I needed an exchange. They didn’t have my model in stock and recommended calling Verizon so that the phone could be shipped and I would have time to transfer the data over. Instead of making me call on my own they called for me and made sure everything was taken care of. Charles (I hope I remembered your name correctly) and the manager were great and very helpful. Even the person on the phone at Verizon was great.”

“I just wanna say that Kamran is by far the best representative that I have ever dealt with in Metro… He is precision based and has the inner qualities of Superman… He gets the job done. He does it well with ease and if he has to do something over and over and over again, he is persistent and calm all in one fell swoop! If you get a chance to meet this man count yourself lucky! Kamran, you’re reading this right now, know that wherever you go in life you will thrive, thank you for your expertise and phenomenal leadership skills!!!”

“Live, laugh, love Casey and Clint!! Though I had to buy a new MacBook due to tragic unforeseen circumstances, Casey and Clint made the painful financial transaction a little easier with moral support. Genius bar was fast and efficient. Apple, if you're listening... we definitely need a bigger student discount, pleaseee. But seriously, the employees are fabulous and the customer service was excellent!”

“Clean and well organized, but no pharmacy, which is why I did not give it five stars. I needed Zyrtec D which is in pharmacy only. They do have many OTC drugs available which do not need pharmacist approval.”

“John Anthony is the BEST T-Mobile Expert EVER! He knew all the info we needed to get our new account sorted! He’s professional, patient, and he made sure we were well taken care of! He spent quality time and had the most pleasant demeanor during such a full process! He should be immensely promoted and in higher management! He’s the reason we are giving T-mobile a chance and switched providers as well as are now set with our phone service plan! We were recommended to him a family member AND by a friend who he helped over a year ago! That’s consistency and modeling a spirit of excellence! Best customer service and hospitality we’ve ever received at any phone store! John Anthony you are a ROCK STAR!”
