“Audio Sound Solutions is a dying breed of store. Michael and his store are reminiscent of Geppetto and his workshop. When you walk in, you’re greeted by vintage audio equipment stacked ceiling-high and the tools of the trade strewn about the store. It’s overwhelming, but all you need to do is tell Michael what you’re looking for, and he’ll show you what you need. All the equipment is priced very reasonably. I could not be more satisfied with the speakers and receiver that I purchased. I will undoubtedly recommend Audio Sound Solutions to any audiophile or music enthusiast.”

“AT&T wouldn’t let me transfer from a wireless account to a prepaid plan without switching my number. I’ve been with AT&T for over 25 years. I’ve never changed carriers. I called AT&T, Cricket and had multiple chat calls. I had 2 exceptional women help me. This review is regarding Nicole at the Cricket store in West Ashley on Sam Rittenberg.
Nicole answered all my questions and got me up and running for my 14 day trial.
Knowing I can call Nicole going forward I’m pretty sure I’ll continue with Cricket.

Despite having 8 people behind us, she took the time to make conversation with my young children and was so thorough in checking us out! First of all every time I come in the store there's always someone there to great me which is nice. Not only that, but it is really easy to find an employee within the store that will help answer questions and employees seem really knowledgeable!
I cannot speak more highly about the protection plan that comes with the appliances via geek squad. I will not buy appliances anywhere else from now on. I bought an LG fridge in 2023 and I purchased the five-year protection plan which seemed really expensive at the time.. come 2025 and the fridge started to have issues. It was so EASY and FAST to schedule a repair appointment. Naijah from Geek Squad was so nice and knowledgeable about fridge diagnostics. When it was deemed unrepairable due to manufacturing defect, Geek Squad/BestBuy replaced my fridge. They didn't punt anything off to the manufacturing company, they handled everything in house. The best part - communication was so easy and prompt (no excessive wait time while on phone with them). Really great experience! It is such that peace of mind that I can buy high end appliances and have protection for 5 years.”

“Richard replaced my out of date Sonos system and faced a terrible mess of wires and equipment. He cleaned up our cabinet and made everything orderly and accessible. He took time to explain all the functions of all our equipment and was neat, focused and quick. I would choose Custom Home again in a minute!”
“Tiny Target is a regular go-to spot for me since I work downtown. While it is not a full Target store with a large selection, it fits the bill for a decent amount of quick grab items. If I need a few grocery items for home, kid's gifts, teacher gifts, wine, coffee creamer, etc. this is a fantastic place to grab what you need quickly. I also appreciate the holiday section they maintain. I also occasionally grab the pre-made salads or frozen entrees for a quick lunch when I am limited on time. It is mostly self check-out only, which is fine. And I'll agree with the others that the employees here are less than helpful, but the store is clean and well-stocked. People complaining about the bathrooms is interesting to me -- go to Charleston Place across the street. Although truly, it is not Target's responsibility to provide public restrooms. Other stores on King Street do not provide this either.”

I'm not sure what his name was, but a guy with a 5:00 shadow who looked like he should be on a surfboard not working in a Verizon store was so very helpful! “We recently did a short-term rental in Charleston and were in need of some rental furniture. We visited several furniture rental stores and were very disappointed. Then we were referred to this Aaron's furniture location. Lynn was INCREDIBLE!! She spent so much time with us. She really went so far above and beyond and ended up getting us exactly what we wanted!! We were very appreciative of her wonderful assistance! When it came time for our deliveries, we had a really GREAT team of guys, Herb & Justin!! They were very nice and respectful. “We went to Metro on Wednesday to look at and price iPhones. Was greeted by Develle (460 1/2 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403) who was very polite and knowledgeable about the phones I was interested in. On Thursday we went back because of all the information given about the iPhones. I upgraded from a Android Samsung Galaxy A02s to an iPhone11 ? Develle gave detailed instructions to how to transfer my google info to my iPhone/iCloud. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.”

“The King Street target is at a really convenient location and is great for grabbing things you might need while downtown on the Peninsula. It isn’t a ginormous target but more of a quick service stye. Everyone there was really nice and we were able to find what we needed quickly.”
“Had the best experience at TMobile yesterday. I walked-in and was taken care of by Makiah Shenay. I got a new phone for Christmas and was apprehensive about transferring the phone number and my Mum’s older phone number over due to past responses of different answers, hoops to jump through, PIN numbers, phone call verifications from not being the administrator for the family plan. Thanks to Makiah’s professionalism, patience, and knowledge, it was an easygoing process that prevented distress. Makiah did an exceptional job addressing customers and checking them in to ensure the wait times weren’t as lengthy. Very appreciative of this pleasant customer service and relieved I didn’t have to change carriers!”

“I LOVE THIS 711. I always use this gas station to get gas, Restroom, snacks and drinks. The customer service is awesome ALL THE TIME.Especially the girls working around 1;00 pm on May 2, 2024. Not good with names, but the assistant manager really helped me with an energy drink. They didn't have the Celsius flavor that I wanted so she was gonna talk to her boss and see if they could get it in. Just Wonderful Customer service.
